Crayfish Supply

At Crayfish Direct Ltd, we are able to supply crayfish of the highest quality, in any quantity either into the trade, restaurants or to private individuals. All our crayfish are sold purged , packaged in recyclable containers and graded by hand into size ranges (measured from claws to tail).
Typically these are:
Small (Less than 3.5 inches), normally 20-30 per kg
Medium(3.5-7 inches), normally 12-20 per kg
Large (7 inches+), normally less than 12 per kg
